Demetrius & Dhayany Walker
Hailing from Miami via Philadelphia, Demetrius and Dhayany Walker are visionary entrepreneurs with a diverse real estate portfolio and successful ventures in childcare, automotive, consulting, M&A and hospitality. Married for 15 years, they are proud parents of two beautiful children, balancing faith, family, and entrepreneurship with purpose and passion.
As the co-founders of LOVEPRENEUR, they empower entrepreneurial couples to align their personal and professional goals, teaching the principles of lifelong commitment while navigating the realities of marriage, family, and business. Their expertise has been featured on MTV’s Love & Hip Hop & Fox, where they served as relationship coaches, offering insight into balancing love and entrepreneurship.
Demetrius is the founder and CEO of HIMIO Wealth Group, a Miami-based investment firm specializing in transformative real estate projects. In 2013, he launched HIMIO (How I Made It Over), a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved communities. Since then, the Walkers have provided vital resources to thousands of families in Philadelphia and beyond.
With a shared passion for business, love, and community impact, Demetrius and Dhayany Walker continue to inspire others through their leadership, philanthropy, and dedication to helping couples and families thrive in both life and business.
